Cancellation Policy:
You have a window of 12 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it. Please contact us at info@furncarve.com within this timeframe to initiate the cancellation process. However, if your order has already been shipped or booked for shipping within this 12-hour window, we won’t be able to cancel it.
For refund requests made within the 12-hour cancellation period, a 10% fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Please note that customized products cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Return Policy:
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged products.
